Madonna Miksch

Madonna Marie Miksch was born on March 6, 1933 at Stuart, Nebraska to Henry and Beulah (Custer) Miksch.  She lived on a ranch southwest of Stuart and attended school at District #205, southwest of Stuart up to the 9th grade.
She and her parents raised a huge garden every year and also did lots of canning.  They raised purebred Hereford cattle and bulls. The family later moved to a house in Atkinson.
After per parents passed away Madonna moved into Elkhorn Meadows in Atkinson.  In later years she moved into the Atkinson Good Samaritan Center.  She always enjoyed visiting with the nurses, residents, and visitors.
Madonna was always so happy and always smiled.  She never let her handicap stop her.  We will miss her beautiful smile, and her funny stories.
Madonna is survived by many cousins, Bob Miksch and his wife Phyllis of Atkinson, Marge Schmaderer and her husband Pete of Atkinson, Gene Hoffman of Stuart, Daniel Greger and wife Joan of Stuart, Terrence Greger of Atkinson, Timothy Greger of Omaha, and Gerald Greger of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and many others.
She was preceded in death by her parents and many aunts and uncles.
